The one that locks itself. Push or pull to open; the moment the door shuts behind you the motor drives the deadbolt home. It is the flagship: the tallest and most expensive lock in the range, the only one with a camera built into the outside panel, and the only one that opens to a face scan or a palm.

Is the full auto worth more than double the M Series?
Honestly — only for two reasons. You are paying for auto-locking and for the camera panel. Everything else the lock does, the M Series does too, for RM1,399 fitted.
Buy the F Series if someone in your household genuinely forgets to lock up — teenagers, elderly parents, a maid coming and going — or if you want to see who is at the door from the panel. If your family locks the door reliably, the M Series is the better buy and we will say so on the phone.
What “full auto” actually changes
It is one behaviour, and it is the whole reason this model exists.

The deadbolt throws itselfClose the door and a motor drives the bolt out. There is no handle to lift and nothing to remember.

Battery is a pack, not AA cellsRechargeable 4,200 mAh lithium-ion. You recharge it over USB-C rather than buying batteries — but you cannot fix a flat one at 11 pm with cells from the shop downstairs.
The camera in the outer panel — what we will and will not claim
This is the feature people ask about, and it is the one where the paperwork does not fully agree.
What the manufacturer’s catalogue documents: face scan for 100 users and palm vein for 100 users as unlocking methods, real-time video and a snapshot when the doorbell is pressed, stranger detection, and an automatic locking system. Face recognition on this model is a documented capability, not a claim we are passing along second-hand — and palm vein is a genuinely unusual one to find at this price.
What we still have not measured ourselves: enrolment time, and how the camera behaves in poor light. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where we have got to rather than quote a brochure.

Why the most expensive lock in the range is the one without a test report
It looks backwards. The explanation is commercial, and we would rather give it to you than let you draw the obvious wrong conclusion.
So read the blank correctly. It means not tested, not tested and failed. We are not going to tell you this lock would pass, because nobody has run it — and we are not going to imply the M’s report covers it either, because it does not.
If paperwork is what you need — for a tender, a spec, or your own peace of mind — buy the M Series instead, and we will say so on the phone. If what you want is auto-locking, a face scan and a camera, this is the one, and the missing report is a fact about procurement budgets rather than about the lock.

Questions people actually ask about this lock

Does it lock itself even if I just pull the door to?
Yes — that is the point of it. The motor senses the door is closed and throws the deadbolt. If you want to stop that behaviour temporarily, there is a manual mode.

How long does the battery last, and what happens when it dies?
It is a 4,200 mAh rechargeable pack rather than AA cells, and it warns you well before it stops. If it does go flat, a normal power bank on the USB-C port under the outside panel gives you enough power to open the door — and there is a mechanical key override behind the cover. Keep that key somewhere that is not inside the house.

Can I put it on my grill gate?
No. It needs a solid door leaf to hold the mortise case, and it has no declared weather rating. If you have a grill in front of your main door, read the grill-door guide first — the answer there is usually a digital lock on the sheltered main door and a good mechanical lock staying on the grill.

My condo door is fire rated. Can you fit it anyway?
We will not. No lock in this range is declared for fire or smoke door assemblies. Fitting one to a fire door can void the door’s certification and, in a fire, that matters more than convenience. Tell us and we will quote a fire-rated lockset instead.

Which app do I install?
The Smartverse App, paired through the Smartverse Hub. Worth knowing which is which before you go looking: the Hub is the physical gateway that sits in your home, the App is what you install on your phone. Because these are Tuya-platform locks they will also pair with Tuya if that is already your ecosystem. We install and pair it with you on the day rather than leaving you with a box and a QR code.

Is it cheaper than this anywhere else?
Possibly on a marketplace, for the box on its own. RM3,080 is the recommended retail price with installation included and a technician who sets it up with your fingerprints before leaving. That is the part a marketplace listing cannot ship you.
