How much does MyLock membership cost?
Two tiers, both flat yearly fees with no hidden charges: Basic Verified Member at RM300 / 12 months (verified listing and profile) and Premium Verified Member at RM600 / 12 months (adds WhatsApp job dispatch with the 20-job-offer guarantee). MyLock never takes commission on your jobs.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic puts you on the verified roster: public profile page, verification badge, member community and training access — it does not include job dispatch. Premium includes everything in Basic plus WhatsApp job dispatch in your service area, the 20-job-offer guarantee, priority dispatch matching, a featured profile and priority support. You can start Basic and upgrade any time.
How does the 20-job-offer guarantee work?
If the platform sends you fewer than 20 job offers in your first 12 months as a Premium member, your membership fee is refunded — a real refund, not a contract extension. The guarantee counts job offers dispatched to you; accepting and winning jobs is up to you. It applies to active, responding technicians, and full terms are confirmed with your approval.
Does MyLock take commission from my jobs?
No. You keep 100% of the job value. The customer pays you directly — MyLock’s only charge is the flat yearly membership fee.
How do jobs actually reach me?
Customer requests come in from Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Google Search and AI assistants into one WhatsApp auto-dispatch system. Each request is verified and scam-filtered, then matched by skill and nearest service area. The job offer lands in your WhatsApp — accept or decline with one tap.
Which areas can join?
Technicians anywhere in Malaysia can apply. Dispatch volume is strongest where our coverage pages are established — see the areas we dispatch. First technicians in a new state get an extra month of membership free while local coverage ramps up.
