Which areas do you currently cover?
Coverage today is the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan. We add verified technicians to the network as it grows, so available areas expand over time.
Do you offer round-the-clock service?
We run emergency dispatch whenever technicians are available — for lockouts this is often late into the night. We do not promise round-the-clock coverage, and you will always be told if no one is available in your area.
What does autogate service cover?
