For a vehicle unlock or all-keys-lost job: the live MyJPJ or MyDigital ID app on your device showing vehicle ownership — geran or registration-card screenshots are not accepted. The technician re-checks the document or live app in person before starting work. If ownership cannot be verified, we do not dispatch.
