Shipping

Orders are shipped by DHL eCommerce from Kuala Lumpur. You receive the tracking number by WhatsApp or email once the parcel is handed over.

Padlocks and small hardware ship within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Keyed-alike and master-key sets are cut to order and may take a little longer; we confirm the date by WhatsApp.

Installation (smart locks)

Smartverse digital door locks are priced supplied and installed by a verified MyLock technician in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Seremban (Negeri Sembilan), Johor Bahru and Ipoh. After checkout we WhatsApp you to confirm the fit from a photo of your door, then agree an installation date.

If the door needs modification before the lock can be fitted (a new cut-out, reinforcement or re-routing), the technician confirms an extra charge of RM100 to RM400 on site before starting, depending on the work required. Standard fits carry no extra charge.

Outside these areas, smart locks are delivered by courier at the rates above for installation by your own installer.

Payment

Online banking (FPX), cards, DuitNow QR and e-wallets are processed by CHIP, a Bank Negara Malaysia regulated payment provider. Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer are also available at checkout.
