凡报名、缴费或出席者，即视为同意以下条款。

1. 报名与付款

每位学员学费 RM950，款项全额到账后席位方告确认。席位按付款确认先后分配，并受培训室容量限制。

2. 学费不予退还

缴费后，学费一概不退，包括未出席、迟到、早退或只参与部分课程的情况。

3. 席位可转让，价值不会白白损失

于活动前至少七（7）天以书面通知，您可选择：（a）安排他人代替出席；或（b）将学费转为等值培训额度，自签发日起十二（12）个月内可用于我们举办的任何课程。额度以贷记单形式签发，记于付款方名下，限用一次，不可兑换现金。

4. 课程内容变更

我们可调整时间表、模块、授课顺序及实操内容，并可安排水平相当的讲师代课，惟不减损课程的整体范围。

5. 延期、易地及不可抗力

若活动因火灾、水灾、断电或网络故障、讲师患病或无法出席、场地问题、交通中断、疫情、政府命令，或任何非我方合理控制范围内的原因而延期、易地、缩短或取消，我方将以安排您出席改期场次，或（由我方决定）签发第 3 条所述培训额度的方式履行义务。我方不承担您所产生的机票、住宿、交通、时间或其他任何费用，亦不退还现金。

6. 最低开班人数

本课程设有最低确认人数。若未达标，我方可将课程延期，并适用第 5 条。

7. 授课语言

本实战班以华语（普通话）授课。报名即表示确认学员能听懂华语。因语言原因无法跟上课程者，不构成退款、退额或部分退款的理由。

8. 不作成果保证

本课程为实操培训。我方不保证收入、就业、接单量、经营成果、考试或认证结果，亦不保证任何特定车型、车匙、芯片、模块或工具必定能够编程、维修或复制。除非我方另行书面说明，本课程未获任何政府或法定机构认证，亦不可向其申领。

9. 器材与结业证书 —— 当天于柜台自行领取

凡随席位附送之工具或器材，以及结业证书，仅于活动当天发放，须由已登记学员本人到报到柜台亲自领取，并按「现状」交付，仅享有制造商本身之保固（如有）。我方不提供派送、邮寄、快递，亦不代为保管或事后补发。当天未领取者视为放弃，不具现金价值，且不构成任何退款、退额、补发或替代 —— 包括学员未出席、于领取前离场，或未依第 3 条安排他人代替出席之情况。器材一经发出概不退换。

10. 实操与人身安全

课程涉及焊接、热风返修、手工具、电子测试仪器及车辆电路。学员须全程遵从讲师指示及场地安全规定，不得擅自进行讲师明示不可尝试之操作。参与实操之风险由学员自行承担。

11. 您及您客户的财物

您带到现场的任何车匙、遥控器、模块、工具、车辆或其他物品，风险一概自负。我方不对其遗失、损坏、数据清除、锁死或故障负责；未经客户知情同意，不得携带客户财物到场。

12. 合法使用

所授技术仅限用于您依法有权作业的车辆及财物。您须为自身如何运用所学负全责，并就因您非法或未经授权使用而引起的任何索赔、损失或费用，向我方、讲师及参展品牌作出赔偿。

13. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我方就本活动引起或与之相关的全部累计责任，不超过您实际已付之学费。我方不承担任何间接或衍生损失、利润损失、业务损失、数据损失或已支出费用之损失。本条款不排除或限制因我方疏忽导致的死亡或人身伤害之责任、欺诈或欺诈性失实陈述之责任，以及法律规定不得排除之任何责任。

14. 课程资料与录制

所有课程资料、投影片、讲义及示范内容，其权利均归各自权利人所有。未经我方事先书面同意，不得拍摄投影片及资料、录音、录像、直播、复制或转发。

15. 影像使用

我方可能于活动现场拍照及录影作宣传之用。如不愿入镜，请于当天在报到处告知主办方。

16. 您的资料与参展品牌

您的姓名、公司、行业类别及联络号码将提供予参展品牌，用于本活动及其产品之后续跟进。您可随时回复 STOP 退出。

17. 现场秩序

对于扰乱秩序、醉酒、行为不安全，或无视讲师及场地指示者，我方有权拒绝其入场或请其离场，且不予退款或退额。

18. 适用法律

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，双方服从吉隆坡法院之管辖。任何条款若被裁定不可执行，其余条款仍然有效。本条款如以多种语言提供，以英文版为准。

Full terms (English — governing version)

By registering, paying the fee, or attending, you agree to these terms.

1. Registration and payment

A seat is confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee of RM950 per person in cleared funds. Places are allocated in order of confirmed payment and are limited by the capacity of the training room.

2. Fees are non-refundable

Once paid, the fee is not refundable in whole or in part, including where a participant does not attend, arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of the programme.

3. Your seat is transferable, so the value is not lost

With at least seven (7) days’ written notice before the event, you may either (a) send a replacement participant in your place, or (b) convert your fee into a training credit of equal value, valid for twelve (12) months against any course we run. Credits are issued by credit note in the name of the paying party, may be used once, and are not exchangeable for cash.

4. Changes to the programme

We may vary the schedule, modules, running order or practical exercises, and may substitute a trainer of comparable standing, without reducing the overall scope of the programme.

5. Postponement, relocation and events beyond our control

If the event is postponed, relocated, shortened or cancelled — including by reason of fire, flood, power or network failure, illness or unavailability of the trainer, venue failure, transport disruption, epidemic, government order, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control — we will discharge our obligation to you by providing a seat at the rescheduled session or, at our election, a training credit under clause 3. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, transport, time or any other cost you incur, and no cash refund is payable.

6. Minimum enrolment

The session requires a minimum number of confirmed participants. If that number is not reached, we may postpone the session, and clause 5 applies.

7. Language

The masterclass is conducted in Mandarin. By registering you confirm that the participant understands spoken Mandarin. No refund, credit or partial refund arises from an inability to follow the class for reasons of language.

8. No guarantee of outcome

The course is practical training. We give no guarantee of income, employment, work volume, business results, examination or certification outcome, and no guarantee that any particular vehicle, key, chip, module or tool can be programmed, repaired or cloned. The course is not accredited by, and is not claimable from, any government or statutory body unless we state so in writing.

9. Equipment and certificate — collection on the day, at the counter

Any tool or equipment included with a seat, and the certificate of attendance, are issued on the event day only, and must be collected in person by the registered participant at the registration counter. They are issued “as is”, subject only to the manufacturer’s own warranty (if any). We do not deliver, post, courier or hold items for later collection, and we do not re-issue them. Items and certificates not collected on the day are forfeited, have no cash value, and give rise to no refund, credit, replacement or substitution — including where the participant does not attend, leaves before collection, or sends no replacement under clause 3. Equipment is not returnable or exchangeable once issued.

10. Practical work and personal safety

The programme involves soldering, hot-air rework, hand tools, electronic test equipment and vehicle electrical systems. Participants must follow the trainer’s instructions and all venue safety rules at all times, and must not carry out any procedure they have been told not to attempt. Participants take part in practical exercises at their own risk.

11. Your property and your customers’ property

Any key, remote, module, tool, vehicle or other item you bring to the event is brought entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for its loss, damage, erasure, immobilisation or malfunction, and you must not bring a customer’s property without that customer’s informed consent.

12. Lawful use

The techniques taught are for use only on vehicles and property that you are lawfully authorised to work on. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn, and you indemnify us, the trainer and the participating brands against any claim, loss or cost arising from your unlawful or unauthorised use.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the event, however arising, shall not exceed the fee actually paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or wasted expenditure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Course materials and recording

All course materials, slides, notes and demonstrations remain the property of their respective owners. Photography of slides and materials, audio or video recording, live-streaming, reproduction and redistribution are not permitted without our prior written consent.

15. Media

We may photograph and film the event for our own publicity. If you do not wish to appear, tell the organiser at the registration desk on the day.

16. Your details and the participating brands

Your name, company, trade type and contact number are shared with the participating brands for follow-up relating to this event and their products. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to us.

17. Conduct

We may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who is disruptive, intoxicated, unsafe, or who disregards the trainer’s or the venue’s instructions. No refund or credit arises in that case.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force. Where these terms are provided in more than one language, the English version prevails.
